This buffet features the classic French carved façade with fluted accents, raised panel doors, and elegant turned feet. Its hardware is a charming mix of metals — original brass and pewter pulls and escutcheons that have aged into a beautiful, soft patina over time.

 

Dovetailed upper drawers glide smoothly, a true testament to the craftsmanship of the era. The interior shelf has been freshly painted white, giving a clean, updated contrast inside while maintaining the piece’s historical exterior.

 

A new custom back panel has been professionally added to ensure the piece’s structural longevity for another 100 years — a thoughtful restoration that secures and strengthens without compromising its authenticity.
