19th C. Brass-Bound Wooden Trunk with Working Lock & Key

Rich reddish-brown wood, dark corner guards, and rows of brass studs give this small antique trunk the presence of a much larger piece. Lift the lid and you’ll find a soft green lining patterned with scrolling foliage and urns. The key is included and the lock still works, a lovely detail for a piece you might fill with handwritten letters, family photographs, or keepsakes of your own.
